On Halloween, the residents of O’Neal Village go all out for a fun, family-oriented celebration. The annual event expands every year to create a safe and lively atmosphere focused on kids.
This year’s celebration kicks off on Sunday, October 24th in the O’Neal Village “Creepy” Town Square with the Spooktacular Halloween Bash & Costume Contest. The “witching” hours are 2-4 pm.
Something is brewing and it will be ghoulishly fun, a wicked good time for everyone! So fly your broomsticks over to the Town Square for a Halloween bash with the neighborhood ghouls. Witches brew and frightful snacks will be served. Whether you are ghoulish, glam, or wear a mask, dress up and join our party, that is all we ask! The costume contest will begin at 2 pm along with pumpkin painting, face painting, pumpkin ring toss, apple bobbing, a broom riding contest, and MORE!

O’Neal Village is a multi-phase mixed-use neighborhood in the foothills of the mountains off SC Highway 101 between Lake Robinson and Lake Cunningham in Greer, South Carolina. At O’Neal Village, there is an embedded sense of community that has been present since its planning and development. Only 20 minutes from downtown Greenville, SC, and within minutes of local shopping and dining O’Neal Village is strategically located. At Christmas and the holidays, there is an even greater sense of community through both formal and informal gatherings or events. True community isn’t just happenstance it must be fostered, nurtured, and cultivated through design, layout, formal events, and informal ones through the natural gathering and attraction of neighbors.
O’Neal Village in Greer, South Carolina is an example of such a neighborhood. The Randolph Group has given great thought to creating an imaginative community that includes single-family and multi-family residences (townhomes) and retail. Nothing has been left to chance in the “Village”. Superb amenities, beautiful grounds, and quality craftmanship adorn the grounds easily accessible from SC Highway 101 and O’Neal Church Road between the lakes and in the shadow of the Foothills.
TRG Communities creates imaginative places for homeowners to enjoy a wide array of amenities and living spaces. We design communities instead of houses and neighborhoods! Our desire is for the total enjoyment and satisfaction of our residents.
